Some people say I should eat 3 meals a day, others say 5 meals
a day, for someone trying to gain muscle mass, how many meals
should I be eating ?

In order to gain more muscle you have to eat 5 to 6 meals per day.
Eating more of the "good foods" such as lean meats and carbs,
the more energy you will have to train.
Question:
Some guys I know will put raw eggs in their shakes and drink it
down, they claim this helps put on muscle, is this something you
recommend ?
Answer:
I feel eating raw eggs can be very dangerous due to the fact of
a little known factor called BATERIA that could be in the egg from
the chicken. I feel we should obtain knowledge about the food we
eat, and learn the best way to prepare the food we consume.
